Website FAQs
How long does it take?
A Starter Website is typically live within one to two weeks of receiving your content. A Business Website takes two to four weeks. The biggest delay is usually waiting for photos and text, so we help you get those together early.
What do I need to supply?
Your logo (or order a Logo and Brand Kit), photos if you have them, and rough text about your services. Don't worry about polish; that's our job.
Is hosting included?
Not in the once-off price. Add the Hosting & Maintenance plan (R550 a month, includes SSL, monitoring and backups) or host with your own provider. The domain is registered in your name either way.
Can I update the site myself?
Yes, if you want to. Sites can be built on WordPress for self-editing, or kept as a fast custom build with a Website Care Plan (R450 a month) for updates. We'll recommend based on how often things change.
Do you do online stores?
Yes. The Online Store package is R12 000 and includes card payments, shipping options and order notifications. Large catalogues or custom integrations are quoted.
