What we collect
When you request a quote, buy something, or contact us, we collect what you give us: name, business name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, preferred language, services of interest, budget, location and your message. We also record basic source information, such as the page you came from and campaign tags, so we know which marketing is working.
The chat assistant on this site sends your messages to an AI service to generate replies. Don't share sensitive personal information in the chat; a real person follows up on WhatsApp or email anyway.
Payments
Online payments are processed by Yoco. We never see or store your card details. Yoco's own privacy policy applies to the payment step.
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel to understand how the site is used and to measure our own advertising. These tools use cookies and similar identifiers. You can block them in your browser settings without affecting the site.
How we use your information
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, deliver what you bought and communicate with you about the services you asked about. We do not sell personal information and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected]. If you're a client, some records must be kept for tax and accounting purposes for the period the law requires.
Storage and security
Enquiry details are stored securely and kept only as long as needed to assist you or as required by law. Access is limited to the people who need it to do the work.
